Your purchases are shipped with USPS first-class mail, insurance, and tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or any delays/disruptions of service that USPS may experience.

Due to the intimate nature of our item production in conjunction with COVID-19 precautions, there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds. In addition, we are not responsible for unfitting merchandise if/when provided incorrect sizing. We recommend to measure yourself once, twice, and thrice to be certain. All sales are final!

Once you realize you have provided the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately to update your information before the item(s) ship. If your purchase has already been shipped, you must contact USPS to intercept the package.
 
If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, there will be a re-shipping fee to mail it once more.
