3. How long will the product take to arrive if it’s not in stock in Crowns and Jewels?
If the product is available at Brighton, the delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks.

4. What is the cost to ship the item if I am unable to pick it up at the store?
A fee of $10.00 is charged to cover shipping, tracking, and insurance.

5. How can I pay if I order over the phone?
We accept Visa or Mastercard for phone orders.

6. Can I order a different hat style or size if you don’t have what I want in stock?
Depending on the designer, individual orders can be placed early in the season.

7. What do I do if my hat gets wet?
Stuff the crown of the hat with a towel filling it out to its original shape. Place the hat over a tall glass so that the brim is off the table and let it dry naturally.

8. How should I store my hat?
Stuff the crown with tissue paper and store in a closet or hatbox. Summer straws and casual hats can be stacked on top of each other.
